We visit your space or review floor plans and discuss service style—morning bar culture, table service, pastry focus, evening Kaffee und Kuchen. You receive a written scope recommendation within two business days.
On-site survey of floor area, ceiling height, existing fixtures, and entrance vestibule. We observe peak service if the café is operating, noting queue behaviour and tray bottlenecks.
Counter flow, seating density, pastry display zones, and service paths drafted as annotated floor plans. Thonet-style chair spacing and cloak-hook placement included where scoped.
Two revision rounds with your team—owner, head barista, and contractor if available. We adjust table counts, vitrine angles, and aisle widths based on feedback.
Final plans in PDF with dimensions, furniture schedule, and coordination notes for your fit-out team. Optional on-site walkthrough during installation.
